I want to sell my iPhone 4 32GB before the release of the iPhone 5 (maybe a couple weeks before time). Where and when is the best way to go about selling?

Now is the best time. Place to sell for most profit: craigslist. ebay charges about 15% fees (listing,sales fees and paypal fees). But, make sure when you meet the buyer you take a person with you and meet in a secure location.
The 32GB's go for arouniphone 5 released $400 depending on where you live. just post the craigslist ads with lots of images. use imageshack to upload picks and paste the HTML img codes in the ad description. Also, use all 4 image slots given by craigslist
