well, first of all me and my friends have been making a TON of movies on iMovie and all have been published, now i recentley experienced a problem with my mac, i was dragging a clip into the editing board for a project and the entire iMovie page wen't greyish it's hard to explain, it was like the gray and white and black stripes you see on a t.v without any signal, but it seemed as though everytime i moved my mouse around the page something almost beige ( what i believe was our video) started coming up behind it and more was being built and built.
i recentley installed iAntiVirus but am really worried, ( the free version )

No, you don't have a virus. But I'd just like to say, it's people like you that make the rest of the Mac-using community look like idiots who don't know how to use a computer.
Of course you can always go and install a fresh MacOS X erasing the old system. This is the last resort when your system has really been f***ed up. Use the original DVDs and see the manual that came with your Mac.

First obviously you're gonna have to find a video to put omp4 downloadn it - youtube.. pick a video.. download 'youtube download' and download your chosen videos onto the computer to store.
As for music, www.blubster.com download blubster (free, easy to use and very quick.. legal too!) search your desired music, once downloaded, click on explore and drag the file name 'eg. KT Tunstall - Saving my face' onto the words 'removable disk' and same goes for moving videos - find em and drag em.
PS. lmp4 downloadol my manuel didn't help much either as it was all written in Egyptian

i personally go witwindows xp oem versionh retail, just because if you are upgrading your computer then windows has a chance of thinking you have a different computer when something new is installed.
oem is good for single builds. that is why it is included with most brand name computers like Dell, Gateway, HP, etc. pre-installed.
OEM licenses are tied to the hardware. Once the hardware is discarded, the license for XP is also discarded. Support is only through the system builder, not MS.
Retail licenses can be transferred to other systems but you cannot instwindows xp oem versionall them on more than one system at a time. MS provides support.
For OEM license for WinXP, you should be a computer manufacturer. The OEM version is not to be sold apart from hardware. If the PC dies, and you buy or build other PC, that license will not be valid for the new system. Retail version of WinXP does not have that limitation.
OEM is cheaper, but the licence is only valid on the computer your originally install it on.windows xp oem version

oem is good for single builds. that is why it is included with most brand name computers like Dell, Gateway, HP, etc. pre-installed.
OEM licenses are tied to the hardware. Once the hardware is discarded, the license for XP is also discarded. Support is only through the system builder, not MS.
Retail licenses can be transferred to other systems but you cannot instwindows xp oem versionall them on more than one system at a time. MS provides support.
For OEM license for WinXP, you should be a computer manufacturer. The OEM version is not to be sold apart from hardware. If the PC dies, and you buy or build other PC, that license will not be valid for the new system. Retail version of WinXP does not have that limitation.
OEM is cheaper, but the licence is only valid on the computer your originally install it on.windows xp oem version

avg anti virus free editionHow do I remove AVG Free Edition Anti
The program will not run. Each time I start my PC a window pops up with this message "Could not initialize AVG Anti-Virus Kernel Interface. Application cannot run".
When I try to uninstall the program I get this message: "Installation failure. Error: Initialization of the language file "C\Program Files\Grisoft\Avg Free" failed. General failure". As a result of the installation not being completed I cannot uninstall it but neither can I try to reinstall it, or another anti-virus program. Also, I am not regsitered with AVG to post a help topic on its site.
AVG refuses to help because it is the free edition. I've been told my only option is to install a new hard disk and transfer all my programs to it and use a real anti-virus program.
Is there a practical solution to my dilemma?

Go to and get the latest version of AVG downloaded.
When going through the install process set it to 'Repair' install and it if AVG works then you can either leave it or un-install it. Good Luck!

2. Ask me again later
Windows will ask again the next time you plug in your device or log on.
3. Don't show this message again for this device.
Your device will not function until you install driver software.
I click on the recommended option, or option one. I give it permission to continue. Then, a new window comes up with the heading: &qlg android usb device driver downloaduot;Installing driver software". It has a progress bar, showing the progress. Underneath the progress bar, it says:
(<--------------------------PROGRESS BAR IS HERE.---------------------------->)
"LG Andriod USB Device Searching Windows Update..."

As it only takes a couple hours to perform backups and reinstall the OS, thus giving you a clean slate, that's the recommend methodology.
As for what's causing the slowdown -- if it almost freezes up, it means that you are probably running out of RAM (random access memory, not to be confused with hard disk / storage). In that situation, your system begins swapping, or using free space on your hard disk as backup. The issue is that your hard disk is 1000 times slower, which results in the system seizing up.
As for how much hard disk storage space is used -- contrary to popular beliadobe shockwave player 11 free downloadef, using too much of it doesn't slow the computer down. It's one of those things where you either have enough or don't have enough. If you have enough, your computer runs fine, and if not, things fail catastrophically. blue moviesWhy is my dvd player turning my movies blue?
Our phillips dvd player is suddenly turning the movies we play a blue tinge. Last night when we put in a movie, any movie everything was blue. It was like watching smurfs in a movie and nothing we tried fixed it.
Video, even today, is STILL basically a black and white image with color added over it. (That's what NTSC and PAL meablue moviesn.) The color information has be decoded and applied properly to the correct video drive circuits. If something is going wrong in the color decoder, then it's no longer properly viewable. Nothing you can do about it. Take it in to be repaired or simply replace it.
One thing I've seen people do that will cause problems for Dblue moviesVD players is to block the ventilation holes in the cabinet. All it takes is to impede normal air flow, not necessarily block it completely, and the heat buildup of the circuits will start to cause problems. In some cases, restoring proper ventilation will cure the problem, in other case, the damage is permanent.

Don't feed them!!! People food is bad for wild critters. Furthermore, it will make them dependent on the easy meal (your handouts) and then it will become a nuisance. Just let it catch mice, rabbits, birds, etc.

Vixens with cubs often do look thin as a lot of energy is going into feeding the cubs. Cat food is better for foxes than dog food.
Remember any food left over.... foxes poop on it! It's a disgusting habbit they have. Maybe just put a bowl of water out, she is probably dehydrated as well.

Don't feed them!!! People food is bad for wild critters. Furthermore, it will make them dependent on the easy meal (your handouts) and then it will become a nuisance. Just let it catch mice, rabbits, birds, etc.

They're not actually pests at all. They keep down rat numbers and provide useful recycling tasks, preventing infestations by insects and such.
you shouldn't really feed them as it can encourage other animals like rats etc but if you do things like dog food and dog biscuits will be taken quite readily
I guess it's better not to touch them. Foxes carry all sorts of germs & stuff and it's better not to encourage them to enter. Over here in France, they have had lots of problems wih foxes getting near houses - people fell ill. Happened in June.

No do NOT feed them...they are WILDlife leave them alone. I suggest you call animal control, if they can't help you they might be able to suggest a wildlife rescue in your area.

I would call the RSPCA, if the mother is really thin they may give you advice.
Vixens with cubs often do look thin as a lot of energy is going into feeding the cubs. Cat food is better for foxes than dog food.
Remember any food left over.... foxes poop on it! It's a disgusting habbit they have. Maybe just put a bowl of water out, she is probably dehydrated as well.
any old scraps of meat, mashed potato, bread. foxes will eat just about anything, try scrambled egg, not too much milk tho. Anything with plenty of calcium for the growing cubs.
Foxes like dog food or look up what other food they might want to eat. But don't let them rely on you for food. They are wild animals. They're not pets.

Trying to ID what looks like an elusive Trojan. The Kaspersky free online scan keeps popping up a bunch of things like Trojans and even MyDoom. When we go ahead and download the free trial version, which can fix the problems, it identifies nothing. I thought Kaspersky was well thought of and above this bait and switch nonsense (where the online scanner will ID a bunchkaspersky free scan of bogus stuff just to get you to buy the software). Anyone know why this would be so? (Recap: ran the online scan, which IDed the Trojans, etc, then ran eight hours' worth of the free trial, which found nothing, then ran the online scanner again to be sure, and it found the same bunch of malware.) Someone help!!!
