Someone was telling me that they knew someone who could legally make a youtube video into a mp3 and then copy it to itunes. I tried figuring out how he did it but i cant.

Let's not use the word legally. What you can do is search for the song on youtube and add the word download. Look at the video descriptions with the word download and look for a link inyoutube to computer the video.
OR
A nice website that will convert it to mp3 and save it to your computer is To add it to iTunes simply go into iTunes>File>Add File to Library and then find the file you wish to add.
